It's official, today I've confirmed that I will be attending the US Cross Champs in St. Louis during the second weekend of February. I'm pretty excited for the races and based on how some of our junior athletes have been training we should have some great results. Big River Running Company is hosting this year's and next year's meet, so big thumbs up to them for taking it to St. Louis. I've attended races they've put on in the past and they do a wonderful job.
