Timex T5K493 Men's 50-Lap Watch
Timex Ironman Triathlon 50-Lap Digital Chronograph Watch - Men (Google Affiliate Ad)
I prefer to run without GPS when I know the area and this low cost Timex is perfect for any type of run I do whether it be track repeats, tempos, long runs, or races. The large face is great for quick glances at splits.
Foam Roller
I use a foam roller a few times a week to keep on top of sore hamstrings, quads, and IT bands. This particular foam roller can be purchased directly at gofit.net or at many local retailers. It offers firm but forgiving massages to speed recover and work out knots.
Garmin Forerunner 10
I've started toying with this watch on long runs and when I travel. It may belong to my fiancée but that is the beauty of an engagement; you have to share. This watch links quickly and seems to do very well in most areas I run. It does have some trouble on trails with lots of weaving (but all GPS watches do). The best part is plugging in the watch post-run and using the Garmin which shows you post run stats and maps our your route. Very nice.
KT Tape
Just started using KT Tape for some achilles issues and I am seeing positive results. The most difficult part is putting it on properly but after a quick review of the instructions you'll have no trouble. Sticks pretty well, not so well if hair is present. Overall, I am happy with the performance and at that point I am seeing results.
